These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Roomiso websites, applications, and related services ("Services"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
Roomiso provides software tools for hotel operations (such as housekeeping, front desk workflows, and guest communication features). Features may change as we improve the product. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
You may not misuse the Services (for example by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other customers, or using the Services in violation of applicable law). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
You retain rights to data you submit about your property and guests. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the Services, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans, trials, and billing terms are described at the time you subscribe or as agreed in writing. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
Our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where limited by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your contracting jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
